Book Launch

This weekend, I launched my first children's book - Winter Won't Share. I felt like I launched myself straight into the sky I soared so high. What a great experience! What great feelings! What total and absolute fun! I danced on air right alongside Mother Nature. If you came, thank you so much - your support means the world to me. I hope that you had as much fun as I did. If you couldn't make it, no worries - there will soon be other events and readings.

So, what happened? I read my book, we played, and we ate cookies and cake. Doesn't sound like a whole lot, right?! But, my readers, family, and friends came - they made the launch amazing. The ones who shared this moment with me, who stood by me through all the moments leading up to this one, you made the launch so over the top. Everyone talked and laughed, enjoyed each other and the day. We made time for each other and to celebrate the mountains surmounted in order to even have a book launch. Mountaintops that never would have been reached if I didn't have all your love and support throughout this amazing journey called 'published'.
